Smartfruit Blood Moon Berry Fizz

Equipment

  • 1 Small Dropper or Food-Safe Syringe.

Ingredients

  • 2½ oz Smartfruit Superfruit Allstars Puree
  • 3 oz Sparkling Apple Cider
  • 1 oz Pineapple Juice
  • 1/2 oz Fresh Lemon Juice

Crushed ice

For the “Blood Drop”

  • 1 oz Superfruit Allstars
  • 1/2 oz Water or Pomegranate Juice

Instructions

  • Fill a rocks glass with crushed ice.
  • Add sparkling apple cider, pineapple juice, and lemon.
  • Thin the Superfruit puree slightly and place it in a small dropper or food-safe syringe.
  • Slowly release it over the ice so the dark purple-red puree cascades downward like blood.
  • Shock & awe garnish: blackberries, dehydrated blood orange, dried hibiscus petals, black sugar on part of the rim and the puree-filled dropper resting across the glass.
