1 cup Crushed Ice ❄️
1 Fresh/Frozen Pear 🍐
1 scoop Peanut Butter 🥜
1 scoop Ricotta Goat Cheese 🧀
4 oz Vanilla Plant-Based Milk 🥛
4 oz Smartfruit Sunny Banana 🍌
Toppings: Chia Seeds
Optional Boosts: Whey Protein, Plant-Based Protein, Maca Powder, Flax Seed, Chia Seeds

🍶 Preparation (16 oz):
Add all ingredients into a blender jar and blend until smooth. Use coconut or almond-based yogurt for a vegan option. Optional Milk: Low Fat, Almond Milk, Oat Milk, Coconut Milk, Cashew Milk, Rice Milk
