1. Order Processing and Shipping:

Any order placed before 1pm EST, Monday through Friday, will be processed and shipped out within 2 business days. This means that if you place an order during this timeframe, you can expect it to be on its way to you within two business days.

However, please note that any orders placed after 1pm EST, Monday through Friday, will be considered as placed on the next business day. These orders will then be processed and shipped out within 2 business days from the following business day.

2. Cannot Ship to PO Boxes:

Please note that we are unable to ship orders to PO boxes. We kindly request that you provide a physical address for the delivery of your package.

3. Shipping Restrictions to Hawaii and Alaska:

At this time, we regret to inform you that we do not offer shipping options to customers residing in Hawaii and Alaska. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
