How It Works
If for any reason you’re not satisfied with your Smartfruit purchase, simply fill out our Return Form within 14 days of receiving your order. Once the form has been submitted, our customer service team will reach out to you to issue you a full refund* to your original payment method. It’s that easy.
Please Note:
– This guarantee is available to home use customers.
– It applies only to the first order of up to $70.
Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date, simply fill out our Return Form. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original packaging, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it. You’ll be responsible for paying the return shipping costs. Once we receive your returned item, we’ll inspect it to ensure that it meets our return criteria. If the item is eligible for a return, we’ll issue a full refund to your original payment method. You are responsible for the return shipment in the unlikely event it becomes lost or missing in transit.
Damaged Items
If you receive a damaged and unusable item, please fill out our Return Form within 48 hours of receiving the product. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue and either provide a replacement product or issue a full refund to your original payment method. It’s that easy.

Return Exceptions
Our Standard Return policies do not apply to all items. Below are items that cannot be returned and cannot be refunded:
- Contest winnings
- Promotional & Discounted Items.
- All third-party retail brick-and-mortar or online purchases of Smartfruit Products (except for purchases from smartfruit.com directly) must be returned to the retail location or online store from which they were originally purchased for a refund.
- Smartfruit withholds the right to refuse excessive and any return order requests.
