I first tried Smartfruit Melo Mango at a demo at Sam’s Club while getting ready for a weekend trip. One of my friends usually brings a smoothie mix for our group, so I assumed this would be similar. I was pleasantly surprised—it was much better. The flavor tasted more like real fruit, wasn’t overly sweet, and had fewer unnecessary ingredients than the mixes we’ve used before. We also found that we needed less product to make more smoothies, so it lasted longer than expected. The real test came over the weekend. All seven of us enjoyed it, and everyone agreed it was a hit. As a bonus, I mixed about one tablespoon into a gallon of unsweetened tea, and it made an amazing fruit tea—honestly better than many fruit teas I’ve had elsewhere. It added great flavor without making the tea overly sweet. This has definitely become a new favorite, and I’ll be buying it again. Highly recommended!

I sampled and purchased four flavors at our local Sam’s club. Decided to start out drinking the mango first as my husband and I love mango. Its delicious. However, based on the natural sugar and carbs in 4 oz I cut the amount of the juice to 2 oz with a little over a cup of ice and 3 oz of water. Today I tried it with 4 oz of water, ice and a 1/2 cup of plain yogurt. Loved getting some protein in with my smoothie. Looking forward to trying it with my vanilla protein. Definitely needed to get more fruits/veggies in my diet. Happy I showed up at Sam’s club on sample day for Smartfruit.
