It’s Friyay Parfait Jar Time!
If you are a true addict to parfaits like we are but don’t have the time to put them together daily, here’s an idea: parfait-prep! Simply use your favorite fruits, yogurt, cereal and a shelf stable smoothie mix or a preserve jam. A shelf stable smoothie mix or fruit concentrate is not a must, but will deliver a better outcome than a frozen one that has to be defrosted.
Ingredients:
- Overnight Oats layered with Smartfruit Superfruit All-Stars
- Coconut
- Yogurt
- Kashi Cereal
- Bananas and Perfect Bar
