4 oz Plant-Based Milk 🥛
1 cup Crushed Ice❄️
¼ tsp Ground Nutmeg
1 Fresh/Frozen Banana🍌
½ cup Fresh/Frozen Blueberries
3 oz Smartfruit Blooming Berry (Strawberry, Blueberry, Raspberry) 🍓
Toppings: Low Fat Yogurt & Toasted Granola
Optional Boosts: Whey Protein, Plant-Based Protein, Maca Powder, Oats, Flax Seed, Chia Seeds

🍶 Preparation (16 oz):
Add all ingredients into a blender jar and blend until smooth. Use coconut or almond-based yogurt for a vegan option.

Optional Milk: Low Fat, Almond Milk, Oat Milk, Coconut Milk, Cashew Milk, Rice Milk

Smartfruit Ice Scoop = 2 cups (16 oz). Use ½  scoop for 1 cup.
