This is a delicious breakfast smoothie recipe with oats that will keep you full throughout the day. Bananas, Oats and Cherries for solids, Coconut Milk and 100% real fruit smoothie base for liquids. There are quite a few Smoothie Base Suppliers out there, but we chose a Smoothie Base from a Supplier that contains to added sugars or additives. A concentrated fruit smoothie base can be used as a substitute for honey, agave or simple syrup.
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup Frozen Dark Cherries
- 1/2 cup Coconut Milk
- 1/2 cup Oats
- 1 medium size Banana
- 1 cup Crushed Ice
- 2 oz. Smartfruit Superfruit All-Stars or Blooming Berry
Preparation:
Add all ingredients into a blender jar, blend until smooth.
