  • Are Smartfruit™ products ready to drink?

    No, Smartfruit™ is a concentrated product. Smartfruit™ can be used as a garnish or flavor enhancer right out of the bottle but is not a ready-to-drink product line. It must be reconstituted for a beverage or blended with water and ice for a smoothie.

  • What type of beverages and desserts can I make with Smartfruit™ ?

    100% natural juice, smoothies, milkshakes, cocktails, bubble tea, slushies and other frozen beverages.

  • How do I make a Smartfruit™ smoothie?

    Combine 4 oz Smarfruit™ puree with 4 oz water or milk (feel free to add yogurt or any dietary supplement powder), and blend with 16 oz of ice.

  • How do I make a Smartfruit™ drink?

    Use 1 part Smartfruit™ puree to 4 parts water for a refreshing beverage.

  • Can Smartfruit™ be used to flavor and decorate desserts or frozen treats?

    Yes! Smartfruit™ will make your desserts and frozen treats so totally awesome and delicious you won’t be able to go back to life the way it was before.

  • What is the pack size and yield of Smartfruit™?

    Each Smartfruit™ bottle contains 48 fl oz and yields 12 smoothies or 30 cups of reconstituted 100% juice. There are 6 x 48 fl oz bottles in a case.

  • Does Smartfruit™ require refrigeration after opening?


  • What is the shelf-life of Smartfruit™ products before and after opening?

    Smartfruit™ is shelf-stable for up to 18 months. After opening it must be refrigerated and is good to consume for up to 30 days.

  • I noticed some separation in the bottle or finished product, is that normal?

    Don’t have a separation anxiety! separation is a natural occurrence in juices that have not been artificially stabilized. Simply give the bottle a little shake-shake to restore uniformity.

  • Where can I recycle Smartfruit™ Bottles?

    Our bottles can be recycled just about anywhere and everywhere they accept PET #1.

  • Are Smartfruit™ bottles BPA (BISPHENOL-A) free?

    Our bottles are made from PET #1. That means it absolutely contains no BPA.

  • How should I clean my Smartfruit™ Pump?

    The Smartfruit™ pumps are designed to comply with all relevant guidelines for food
    dispensing. In order to maximize the pump’s service life and continually serve safe
    product, proper maintenance and cleaning are required.

    For proper cleaning, disassemble the pump and thoroughly clean all openings in the
    valve pump body with a sanitizer that has been approved by your local health
    department. Rinse and dry all pieces prior to re-assembling.

    The frequency of cleaning the pump depends on use and how quickly the product is
    dispensed. Clean the pump every time you switch to a new bottle. If there’s
    noticeable dirt on a bottle during use, dis-assemble pump & clean thoroughly while
    storing Smartfruit™ bottle in the refrigerator. It is always best to check with your state
    and local authorities for pertinent regulations

  • Can I freeze Smartfruit™ after opening it to extend its shelf life?

    Although we recommend to keep your Smartfruit™ in the refrigerator after opening and consume it within 4 weeks, it is possible to freeze your Smartfruit™ for up to 2 months. It has to be sealed and stored at 0 F (-18C) or lower. While Smartfruit™ may not totally freeze due to the high amount of solids in it, it is necessary to thaw it slowly and fully and gently shake it before using it. If not fully thawed, the product may not be uniform and the resulting smoothie may not taste optimal. We recommend consuming Smartfruit™ within 2 months from the freezing date.

    Smartfruit™ should be refrigerated once it has been opened, and consumed within four weeks. The shelf life can be extended for up to two months from opening by freezing it at 0 F (-18C) or lower. After freezing, it should be allowed to gradually reach room temperature and shaken vigorously before use.

  • Can I cancel, change or return my Smartfruit™ order?

    If you need to modify or cancel your order, please be sure to let us know before your order is shipped. You can reach our customer care team Monday to Friday, from 8 AM to 4:30 PM EST, at 1.718.672.1000

    We do not accept any returns at this time, and all refund and product replacement requests are reviewed and processed on an individual basis.

  • Which payment methods does Smartfruit™ accept?

    We accept all major credit cards: VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. Paying online with a credit card is easy and safe. Our secure server encrypts all submitted information. Just enter your credit card information during checkout.

  • Do the prices online include sales tax?

    All orders shipped to New York addresses will be subject to sales tax in accordance with State law. Orders shipped elsewhere will not be charged sales tax. Please note that your state and/or municipal government may require you to declare mail order purchases and pay sales tax on them directly.

  • Does Smartfruit™ offer promotions & discounts and how can they be redeemed?

    We do offer promotions and discounts periodically. Promotion codes may be redeemed at any point in the ordering process. Simply enter your promotion code and your promotional discount will be factored into your order and reflected in your order summary. Promotion codes are only valid at and are not applicable to previous purchases. Promotions may be terminated at any time without notice. Other restrictions may apply.

  • When can I expect my order to be delivered?

    We know you’d like to receive your Smartfruit™ fast! All orders received during business hours are usually shipped within 24-48 hours via FedEx Ground. Keep a lookout for a tracking notification email once your order leaves our facility. Usually, it takes up up to 5 business days from the shipping date for orders to be delivered.
