Matcha Chill(atte)

Need a break? Need a moment to yourself to just chill? Well, how about whipping up a batch of this incredible matcha latte and letting every sip take you to a place of mellow moods and positivity. This gorgeous green concoction is the perfect pick-me-up for stress filled day and will have you back on track in no time.   

 

 Ingredients: Matcha Chill(atte)               

 ½ Cup Cooked Tapioca Pearls                               

 ½ Cup Rice Milk    

 1 Tbsp. Agave (Try using Smartfruit Summer Strawberry)              

 1 Tsp. Matcha

 1 ½ Cups Water       

 Fresh Strawberries  

 

 Preparation:

  1. Start by adding tapioca, rice milk, and sweetener (Agave or Smartfruit) to a glass that holds at least 2 cups of liquid
  2. In a separate bottle, mix matcha and water, cover with lid, and shake vigorously
  3. Next, gently pour the matcha over the tapioca mixture
  4. Top with fresh strawberries
  5. Chill for an hour before serving
  6. Enjoy!
