If you like the flavor of bananas, this stuff will make your shoes pop off of your feet! Even my Dad, who doesn’t like to try new and unusual things, absolutely loves this stuff. I mix a big pitcher of water with two cups of this stuff and it makes the most perfect banana juice.
So far I’ve tried the SmartFruit Peach, Watermelon and banana flavors and the banana is the best tasting of those. The Peach flavor is a close second, but it tastes kind of syrupy. However, the energy boost you get from the Peach is a pleasant surprise. The Watermelon tastes a lot like a Jolly Rancher and at times like a Sour Apple Now-and-Later, so it’s quite tasty too, just not like pureed watermelon

I have always loved to bake and finding the perfect ingredients to add that little something extra is always hard. Now that I’ve found Smartfruit products I’ll never have to look again! I incorporate several flavors into my baking but one of my favorites is the Sunny Banana. I use it to enhance the flavor in any recipe that calls for banana and it is amazing. I add it to banana bread to moisten and it has become my secret weapon for the most delicious banana cream pie!
