Ingredients: The Coco-Lada
✻ 4 Tbsp. Rum
✻ 3 Tbsp. Pineapple Juice
✻ 3 Tbsp. Pineapple Puree
✻ 2 Tbsp. Coconut Cream
✻ 1 Tbsp. Fresh Lime Juice
✻ 1 Pinch Salt
✻ 1 Tbsp. Malbec Red Wine
✻ 1 Tsp. Smartfruit
Aloha Pineapple
Preparation:
- Add all ingredients, expect the wine, to an ice filed shaker
- Shake well
- Strain into an ice filled glass
- Float Malbec on top
- Garnish with pineapple leaves
