Ingredients: Mango Chia Pudding
✻ ¼ Cup Chia Seeds
✻ 2 Tbsp. Passion Fruit Flakes
✻ ½ Cup Mango Puree
✻ 1 Cup Coconut Milk
✻ 2 Tbsp. Maple Syrup (Try Smartfruit Mellow Mango as a No-Sugar Added Sweetener)
✻ ½ Tsp. Vanilla Extract
✻ ¼ Cup Chia Seeds (For the Coconut Chia Pudding)
✻ ¾ Cup Coconut Milk (For the Coconut Chia Pudding)
✻ ¼ Cup Almond Milk (For the Coconut Chia Pudding)
✻ 3 Tbsp. Maple Syrup (For the Coconut Chia Pudding)
✻ 1 Tsp. Vanilla Extract (For the Coconut Chia Pudding)
Preparation:
- Start by making the mango chia pudding by adding chia seeds, passion fruit flakes, mango puree, coconut milk, maple syrup or Smartfruit, and vanilla to a jar
- Cover tightly with lid and shake to combine
- Refrigerate for at least 1-2 hours or even overnight
- Repeat the same steps using the ingredients for the coconut chia pudding
- When ready to assemble add half of each mixture to a jar
- Top with fresh fruit
