 Ingredients: Well & Good Smoothie              

 1 Cup Coconut Milk (Light)                              

 1 Cup Ice  

 ¼ Cup Fresh Lemon Juice           

 ¼ Cup Maple Syrup or Try Adding Smartfruit Aloha Pineapple (As a no sugar alternative sweetener)      

 1 Tbsp. Coconut Yogurt     

 1 ½ Tsp. Fresh Grated Ginger

 ¼ Tsp. Turmeric

 

 Preparation:

  1. Start by adding all ingredients to a blender except for the ice
  2. Blend
  3. Set aside for turmeric color to develop
  4. Add ice and blend until smooth
  5. Enjoy!
