1/4 cup Spinach -
2 Kiwis -
6 Apples -
1/2 Cucumber -
1/2 cup Kale -
1 Banana
For a refreshing & nutritious beverage, mix 1 part Smartfruit with 4-5 parts water
- Pour 4 oz into blender
- Add 3 oz water or milk*
- Blend with 16 oz cup of ice & enjoy!

I use an empty bottle as a drinking bottle, as well — they’re sturdy and very easy to grip. Water to just above the top groove, then add the concentrate to the base of the neck. Quick shake & all set!

I ordered this flavor because of the greens and expected it to be “just okay” from a taste perspective. I have tried many greens products and they were all “just okay.” I drink them for the benefits more than taste. This one, though, was better than okay. I would even call it good! I just ordered another round. To be fair, I hesitated every time I drank a mix from the last bottle because I kept expecting a less lovely taste. I was pleasantly surprised every time that it was not like other greens I have used. Well done, Smartfruit!
