I sampled and purchased four flavors at our local Sam’s club. Decided to start out drinking the mango first as my husband and I love mango. Its delicious. However, based on the natural sugar and carbs in 4 oz I cut the amount of the juice to 2 oz with a little over a cup of ice and 3 oz of water. Today I tried it with 4 oz of water, ice and a 1/2 cup of plain yogurt. Loved getting some protein in with my smoothie. Looking forward to trying it with my vanilla protein. Definitely needed to get more fruits/veggies in my diet. Happy I showed up at Sam’s club on sample day for Smartfruit.

I’m 3 weeks post gastric sleeve and it’s been so difficult to find something to eat that doesn’t give me stomach pain or stick to my esophagus, I saw this at a Sam’s club stand where you can try before you buy, I tried like four tiny cans because OMG they were so good and I didn’t have any discomfort, I bought one, and it fast became my breakfast and dinner, I ran back to Sam’s club for more but unfortunately they don’t carry them, I eventually found this website, and ordered some more and it came rather quickly(ordered on Thursday and it was out for delivery on Monday) I really wish they had physical distributors, or physical stores.
