I made Strawberry Daiquiris over the weekend using Smartfruit’s Summer Strawberry mix and it was a total success!
All my guests thoroughly enjoyed them 🙂 great fruit mix as a little goes a long way. This is typically used towards healthier drink mixes and recipes but adding a little rum works too!
Here are some of the ingredients used in the Daiquiris I made:
6 cups of Ice
1 1/2 table spoons of Smartfruit Summer strawberry mix
(again a little goes a long way, it’s naturally sweetened too so i didn’t have to add much sugar)
1 tsp of white sugar (to taste depending on how sweet you like it)
1/8 cup of lime juice
1/2 cup of lemon juice
3/4 rum
1/4 cup of lemon-lime flavoured carbonated beverage
(I used sprite)
In a blender, combine the ice sugar (if you want it sweeter) and Summer Strawberry mix. Pour in the lime juice, lemon juice rum and lemon-lime soda. Blend it all together until smooth. Pour into glasses, serve and enjoy!!

I learned about Smartfruit at a trade show in Dallas. They had plenty of samples and they tasted absolutely amazing. Also, we like how they are so healthy! This is a big concern for our customers, especially moms serving their children. We switched immediately after the trade show and never looked back. The customer service has been great as well.
