This was my husband’s favorite flavor that we sampled at Sam’s Club. I add 2 heaping cups ice to 4 oz. SF and 1 scoop protein powder, 12oz. water and blend. You can add a piece of fresh cut up fruit also. This makes 2 smoothies for us and replaces a meal for us.
