Tried at Sam’s and was hooked! Now I add 2 heaping cups of ice to 2 capfuls that I was given by the rep to SF or 4 oz’s of SF. 1 scoop protein powder and 6 capfuls of water. You can also include a piece of fresh fruit cut up if you want. So… good. We have been having 2 smoothies per day in place of meals. Awesome flavor!
