Tropical Harmony is a good smoothie fruit mix

I recently ordered direct from SmartFruit the Tropical Harmony and the Aloha Pineapple. I only opened the Tropical Harmony since I want to use this up before opening the next to prevent unused spoilage. I use the Vitamix blender and add in 1/3 cup SmartFruit, 1/3 cup water, a scoop of yogurt, Guarana powder, BCCA powder and about 10 cubes of ice. I start the blender on low and slowly increase the speed to maximum which gets this into a slush state. If you want your smoothie less slushy, just add a little more water if needed. The ending flavor results comes out great. It’s hard to mess up and so easy to make with the Vitamix. I’m sure other strong blenders will do the same as well. I can’t wait to try the Aloha Pineapple next. What I like about this product is that no additional added sugar is added and only the sugar taken from the actual fruits are used which is perfect for my tastes. The price is pretty costly for the amount you receive, but the quality of the product is what make me want to splurge and buy it. I would recommend this product to anyone lookin for a healthy way to make their own professional style smoothie at home.
